Report: Deshaun Watson could be traded to Dolphins this week

Talks have reportedly intensified between the Texans and Dolphins

A blockbuster trade involving Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson could be in the works, according to multiple reports.

Watson would be joining the Miami Dolphins as part of a three-team deal also involving the Washington Football Team, according to Coty M. Davis of Texans Wire. As part of the exchange, Washington would receive Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, Davis reported.

Separately, John McClain of the Houston Chronicle reported that the Texans and Dolphins have recently intensified their on-and-off trade talks regarding Watson, with a deal possibly getting done as soon as this week and no later than the Nov. 2 NFL Trade Deadline.

Watson, 26, has been inactive for every Texans games so far this season, after he was accused of sexual misconduct and assault in an explosive series of civil lawsuits filed in the offseason. The allegations are being investigated by authorities, as well as the NFL.
