What's Next for Audacy

Thank you for your interest in the private Audacy beta. Please complete a short questionnaire to be considered to participate or read the FAQs below.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is Audacy Selecting Listeners to Participate?
In order to participate in the Audacy beta, you will first need to complete a short questionnaire where you will be asked to provide information about yourself, your listening habits and agree to confidentiality terms and conditions. The information you share will help us ensure diversity amongst our participants and foster a community of learning and feedback. Not all users who have completed the questionnaire will be selected to receive access to the beta, and it may take some time to review your responses.
Audacy will review responses and reach out in the coming weeks to notify you if you have been selected or placed on a wait list. If you are waitlisted, we will periodically update you on the status of your interest and may offer you access to become a tester of the Audacy beta in the future.
If You're Selected to Participate
If chosen to receive access to the Audacy beta of the mobile app, you will receive email instructions describing how you can download and begin using the beta app. This app will not replace the current Audacy app on your phone.
After You Receive Access to the Audacy Beta
We want you to use it enough to become familiar with the features and understand the differences with the current Audacy mobile app. You will hear from us about once per week to collect your feedback. We will also share product updates and other news with you for you to see how your comments are shaping the future experience.
We may use app notifications to obtain feedback, so those cannot be turned off in the beta experience.
Think You Would Make a Good Beta Tester?
Participating in a beta isn't for everyone. Here are some behaviors that make for a great beta tester:
- Be Brutally Honest. We learn more from our mistakes than our achievements and we can address issues only if we know about them.
- Be Active! Beta participation does require time and it's okay if you can't afford the investment.
- Be Curious. There are new features to check out in addition to improvements on the existing features of the Audacy app. We want you to explore them all.
If beta testing isn't for you, that's okay. You may always provide feedback and suggestions by contacting our Customer Support team.
