A video of a 3-year-old Maryland boy went viral after the boy noticed a neighbor’s Halloween display on his stroll with his mom. You know those giant waving inflatable arm displays? The boy saw this big wacky one that looked like “The Nightmare Before Christmas” blowing in the wind and he was mesmerized. The boy then began imitating the movements and mom rolled tape. It's so cute!
