After years of fighting for her marriage to Mike Caussin, Jana Kramer revealed her decision to file for divorce just last week. The official paperwork has now surfaced and is revealing more information in her decision.

Kramer wed the former football player in May 2015 and they share two children together; Jolie Rae (5) and Jace Joseph (2). Caussin was Kramer’s third husband. Prior to Caussin, Kramer wed actor Johnathon Schaech who she divorced after one week, and Michael Gambino, who she met when she was 19.
The official paperwork for her divorce from Caussin states "inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences and adultery.” In addition to more details surrounding the “why” for the divorce, the papers refer to a postnuptial agreement. The agreement states Jana’s request for joint custody of their children as well as a request that Caussin pay alimony and cover the cost of her legal fees, according to E! News.
This is not the first time fans are hearing of Caussin’s infidelity. In Jana and Mike’s first year of marriage he entered rehab for the same reason. After being separated while he was away, the couple reunited and renewed their wedding vows.
Jana revealed the divorce to fans last week with a post to social media that read “I’ve fought y’all. I’ve loved hard. I’ve forgiven. I’ve put the work in. I’ve given everything I have, and now I have nothing else to give. ‘It’s time.’”
A little under two weeks before revealing her decision to divorce, Jana shared a photo of her with her son with filming equipment in the background. Rumors have been swirling about Jana being part of a new Real Housewives series, but nothing has been confirmed.
