As most parenting talks go these days, the three started talking about Bluey and their favorite episodes. "The one where they move is like, pretty brutal," shares Combs. "If you watch too much, you feel like a bad parent," adds Holly, not because of the screen time but because we're all being outdone by cartoon dogs.
For Luke, it was his parents giving him the ability to be anything that he wanted to be that stuck with him the most now that he's a parent himself. "I think my parents let me, you know, try to do anything that I wanted to do," Luke explains. "I don't know if they didn't do that, that I would be doing what I'm doing now, right?"
"They never were like, 'you ought to be a doctor or an attorney,' you know. They were always like, 'if you're gonna do something, do it and you'll be great at it, and we'll support you through it.' I feel like for my kids, man, it's like that's all you want, right?"
