Danica McKellar and Candace Cameron Bure had a crossover event in the late ‘80s that didn’t take place on the small screen.

In a chat with Fox News Digital at the recent ‘90s Con in Tampa, Fla, actress and math teacher McKellar chatted about how her and Cameron Bure of “Full House” got involved with the same guy. He just so happened to be Jeremy Miller of “Growing Pains” fame.

“So in 1989, I believe it was, there was this party that a teen magazine was putting on and Jeremy Miller, who was also a young actor, he was at this party,” McKellar told Fox. “I was there, and Candace was there. And [Miller] asked me to be his girlfriend. And I was like, ‘Yes! And I didn’t know at the time, but I guess Candace though that she and Jeremy were dating.”

Cameron Bure even appeared in two episodes of “Growing Pains” with Miller in 1987 and ’88.

“It’s so silly,” McKellar said. “I mean, we were so young. We were like 13-years-old. So this was not any kind of serious relationship we’re talking about.”

McKellar said she didn’t know about Cameron Bure also thinking she was dating Miller at the time until years later.

“On ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ I found out that [Bure] was like, ‘Oh, we were dating. I was like, ‘What?’ So Jeremy, tsk-tsk, not good. But luckily my friendship with Candace has survived just fine.

Cameron Bure and McKellar were contestants on the dance competition at the same time in 2014.
