There is no doubt that Cardinal Gibbons is one of the top football programs in south Florida

In the coming weeks, we will have a brief look at the school in south Florida in a segment that we call “QUICK HITS”.

Today, our “QUICK HITS” heads north to visit 4A Power Cardinal Gibbons.

SUMMARY:

After winning a state title in 2018, the Chiefs missed out on a return trip, losing to eventual state champion Miami Booker T. Washington in the quarterfinals.

This is a program that returns a number of talented football players – with explosive playmakers on both sides of the ball.

The objective is to get the top seed in the region and make another push in a very crowded region, which includes Booker T. Washington, last year’s No. 1 seed Gulliver Prep, University School, Monsignor Pace and Miami Carol City.
