The Miami Dolphins are 6-3 and riding a five-game winning streak.  It’s time Head Coach Brian Flores got some credit for the incredible job he has done since taking over the team.  Flores has the Dolphins defense playing at an elite level and rookie QB Tua Tagovailoa has been successful in his first three starts after Flores took heat for the decision to start him.  Does Coach Flores have a realistic path to winning NFL Coach of the year?  Mike Florio joined The Joe Rose Show for his weekly Friday spot and he thinks that Flores certainly has a chance.

Florio said, “If the Dolphins win the division and the Steelers don’t go undefeated I think Flores wins coach of the year.”

If Miami were to win the division it would be one of the more incredible turnarounds in league history.  Next up is a trip to Denver to take on the Broncos.  Sunday’s game kicks at 4:05 and can be heard here on WQAM.
