The NBA playoffs are right around the corner and the Eastern Conference looks as wide open as it's been in years.
Certainly, the Bucks are the odds-on favorite, but the Heat have looked impressive all year, including during the restart. And they have caught the eye of Brian Scalabrine, who joined the Joe Rose Show Thursday morning.
"If Miami can get past Indiana, Boston, or Philly I'm leaning toward Miami beating the No. 1 seed, the best team in the league with the reigning MVP," Scal said. "I got Miami beating Milwaukee as of right now."
He also noted that the Heat have an advantage with Coach Spo, calling him an "elite coach" and praising the defensive adjustments he has been making.
The Heat are set to play the Bucks Thursday evening, which should make for a very interesting potential playoff preview. Scal said the matchup between Bam and Giannis will be one to look out for.
