Baseball Great Tom Glavine is getting ready to golf but will he win, he explains, “You have the mentality of why not me, then when you realize you are not going to win, you enjoy it more.”
When it comes to baseball, Glavine still watches games but says, “It is harder to watch now with all the analytics.”
He complains, “It is a three outcome game, a homerun, a strikeout or a walk.”
Glavine has a few pitchers he loves to watch including The Marlins’ Sandy Alcantara, he says, “My God, their stuff is electric.”
What he really likes about Alcantara, he says, “Over time he has gone deeper into ball games and moves his pitches around.”
Whether it is baseball or golf Glavine is on it.
