Former Suns executive Ryan McDonough saw what Memphis did to The Heat the other night but it is not all bad in his opinion saying, "I do not think it is sustainable but The Grizzlies are the hottest team in the NBA."

Things are very tight in the Eastern Conference, McDonough makes note, "Miami is sitting in 4th but they are only two games ahead of The Knicks who are in 11th place."

He thinks, "Miami needs to tread water until Bam can get back into the lineup."

The Heat's next opponent is Milwaukee and McDonough warns, "With all their starters healthy in the lineup, The Bucks have not lost."

It looks like trades will be a big part in the NBA coming up, when it comes to telling a player that he has been traded McDonough says, "It is the second worse part of the job, the worst is firing someone."

The East is more competitive than the West so you will probably see more meaningful trades in the Eastern Conference.

Maybe The Heat could make some trades.
