The Heat took a 2-0 series lead Wednesday night and appear to be on their way to the Eastern Conference Finals.

Even without Kyle Lowry, Miami has found consistency in the first two games of the series from the guys you’d expect to perform: Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro.

At the other end of the floor, the 76ers have struggled without their best player, Joel Embiid. Since the Embiid injury, the hope for Philadelphia was for James Harden to carry the load and maybe steal a game on the road with the chance that Embiid could be back for game 3.

Instead, Harden has managed to only scour four points in the 2nd half of game 1, and four points again in the 2nd half of game two. The Hoch and Crowder Show in Miami made the observation that Harden looks ‘checked out’ for the 76ers and appears to be disinterested in the series.
