Raptors reporter Josh Lewenberg is like most Raptors fans awaiting Kyle Lowry’s return to Toronto on Sunday and says, “There was some uncertainty of how this would play out.”
He mentions, “Toronto has dealth with attendance restrictions.”
There should be a big crowd and Lowry should play Sunday and Lewenberg says, “To celebrate what Lowry has meant to the fans and organization means a lot to people.”
What type of greeting should Lowry receive? Lewenberg says, “That is another reason why this Lowry situation is unique, there are no hard feelings.”
Toronto fans are accepting of Lowry’s move stating, “Miami seemed a likely landing spot but no bad blood.”
Will Lowry show some emotion in his return to the team he was a part of for so long? Lewenberg claims, “He is a tough guy, he tries to stay in character.”
He notes, “I think it will be tough to stay in character in his return to Toronto.”
Miami plays Chicago Saturday then Toronto on Sunday.
