Comedian Bryan Callen is coming to The Miami Improv this weekend. He likes the relaxed attitude in South Florida because some places have been less relaxed. He claims, “Once a place put up a plexiglass barrier up like that would stop anything.”
He takes it even further saying, “Miami is my favorite place to perform in the world.”
He likes the way the city feels stating, “The second I land I feel naughty.”
So what is his act going to be like? Callen explains, “I start with what it is like to be a 5—something dude who is supposed to be the enemy.”
When discussing comedy, Callen claims, “It bothers me that stand-up comedy is the last bastion of freewill and speech so this is a responsibility to me.”
Callen is also an MMA fan and says, “Do not put Jorge Masvidal and Colby Covington in the same state. They do not like each other.”
Finally, when it comes to fighting, Callen warns, “If they look like they are Amish but they are Russian, just tap out.”
