Heat Forward Max Strus is coming off back-to-back double doubles and a series win over Philadelphia, he was motivated by Pat Riley and delivered, he mentions, "In Games 3 & 4 he challenged me to get 10 rebounds."
When given the task, Strus says, "I was happy enough to do it."
He also has high praise for Bam Adebayo saying, "He held his own against Joel Embiid and wore him out so by the 4th quarter Embiid was spent."
Miami has a reputation of being gritty and in good condition, to that Strus says, "We take pride in that and do things to make sure of that."
He adds, "It helps that you have 15 guys who can come in and have no drop off."
When asked if it is better to win at home and hear "Pepas" fire up the crowd or take one on the road, Strus says, "You can never go wrong with The "Pepas" but I think last night topped it all."
Miami will play the winner of The Bucks vs. Celtics Series in the Easter Conference Finals.
