ESPN’s Israel Gutierrez is not so sure Miami will trade for Kevin Durant saying, “The Heat is not the type of organization that you gut it to get one player.”
He feels it is a waiting game stating, “Eventually, The Nets are going to have to settle and The Heat have time to wait to see if their offer gets more attractive.”
When it comes to The Jazz possible getting DeAndre Ayton and being a great team, Gutierrez says, “I do not think they need DeAndre Ayton to be good.”
Some have rumored Tyler Herro possibly being part of a trade for Donovan Mitchell, Gutierrez says, “If you stand them next to each other it would be eye opening because, Mitchell is short at 6’1”.”
When it comes to Herro and The Heat Gutierrez feels they are in a good place stating, “I think The Heat have not offered up Herro because there is a trust and belief in each other.”
Miami stands still this offseason for now but things could “Heat Up” very soon.
