Happy Valentine's Day! Today, we have a fun, 10-game NBA slate, so that means plenty of players to choose from for today’s article. I’m personally looking forward to Lakers-Nuggets, a game that should come down to the last bucket.

Player props are a fun way to wager on NBA games even if you don't like a side or total. I like to find matchups that I can exploit or good situations due to injuries.

Zion Williamson OVER 24.5 points

Williamson comes into today’s game averaging 24.3 points per game (PPG) on an insane 61.3 FG%. Since the start of February, those numbers have been even better, as he's scoring 25.3 PPG on 68.8 percent shooting.

Detroit is 21st in points and field goal allowed, and 30th in opponents field goal percentage per Lineups.com. Another big plus for Zion in today's matchup is Detroit’s lack of a rim protector. He should be able to have his way downlow.

Enes Kanter UNDER 13.5 points

Kanter is averaging 11.5 PPG, but is coming off of a 21-point outing against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The big man is also putting up 13.9 points over his last ten games, which are all the reasons this number is a little inflated.

While the Mavericks have fallen off defensively, they are average in a couple of categories to consider for this prop. Dallas is currently 15th in offensive rebounds allowed, 18th in field goals allowed and opponents field goal percentage.

The last five times Kanter has faced off against the Mavericks, he has gone for 6, 2, 14, 5, and 13 points. I don’t see Kanter getting a ton of put-backs today, so I’ll grab the under in this situation.

Ja Morant OVER 8.5 assists

Mortant has been great since returning from his injury and we get a nice matchup here for him to pad his stats. Morant averages 7.8 assists this season, but over the last four games, he is dishing out 9.8 assists per game, as he has had 9 or more assists in four straight games.

The Kings are last in the NBA in defensive rating and 25th in assists allowed. They are also 12th in team possessions per game, which means they like to play at a faster tempo. All of which plays into Morant’s style, as he should be able to do some work in an up and down game.

The total is set to 229 points, which means there will be plenty of scoring, hopefully via Morant assists.
