The Saints were able to pull off an exciting victory last Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers despite losing Jameis Winston for the season with a knee injury.

In an appearance on Full Bodied with Channing Frye, Cameron Jordan talked about Bucs QB Tom Brady and why he thinks maybe the most ‘accomplished’ player ever, but not the ‘Greatest’ of all time.

“He’s the most accomplished NFL player probably ever,” Jordan said. “When I think of the G.O.A.T, I think of Deion Sanders, ya know? I think athletically gift from gods, you know one of those Megatrons (Calvin Johnson), one of the AP’s, you know the Bo Jacksons, like when you look at them your like, let’s go.”

Jordan added that he can’t include quarterbacks in his list of ‘athletic’ GOATS because you don’t have to be in great shape or be a great athlete to be a Hall of Famer at the position.

“I don’t think quarterbacks are in that realm of GOAT talk because I mean…look at what Ben Roethlisberger looks like, they can be a possible Hall of Famers and never work out.”

To be fair, the GOAT conversation in any sport is going to be opinion-based no matter what facts or accomplishments you have as part of your argument. Jordan has trolled Brady in the past and this time it seems no different.

Brady was looking good most of the game against the Saints before two costly turnovers -- especially the one he threw with just one minute and 24 seconds left on the clock to Saints safety P.J. Williams who ran it in for 40 yards for a touchdown to help seal a thrilling victory.

The Saints are now sitting at second place in the NFC South at 5-2 and host the Falcons at home on Sunday.
