Things are once again looking bleak for Urban Meyer.
The Jacksonville Jaguars were shut out by the Tennessee Titans on Sunday — the first time the franchise has been shutout since 2004 and first since Shad Khan took over as owner of the Jaguars.

Following the game, Khan apparently had a one-on-one sit-down with Meyer, who briefly spoke about his conversation with the owner.
“I assured him that I still believe in my heart that we will [turn this around],” Meyer said, via Mark Long of The Associated Press. “How fast? That depends on…I still think there’s good pieces.”
Khan has not made any public comments about the conversation.
The Jaguars dropped to 2-11 with the loss and things seem to be unraveling inside the building.
A report surfaced on Saturday that said Meyer has had run-ins with multiple players and coaches, he dismissed his assistants as “losers” while players feel he does not treat them like adults.
Meyer blasted the report, which cited anonymous sources, during his postgame press conference on Sunday, suggesting any employee who leaked the “nonsense” would be fired.
Khan has been supportive of Meyer, even throughout his off-field controversy earlier this season.
In comments he recently made to the Florida Times-Union, Khan defended his tenure as owner, which could be indicative of how he feels toward Meyer.
“I’ve had failures along the way. The difference is they were never on the cover of sports pages,” he said, per ProFootballTalk. “All the innovations we tried [in auto supply] that didn’t catch on, or fell felt on my face…This [NFL] is highly magnified.
He continued: “I don’t have any other regrets than wishing we had won more. What more could I have done? All the resources that were necessary, we provided. We’ve invested [in the team]. I don’t have other coulda, woulda, shoulda stuff.”
