For the "Win A Silver Airways Flyaway To Nashville" online contest, enter between 12:00 a.m. ET September 4, 2023 and 11:59 p.m. ET October 29, 2023 (the “Entry Period”), by clicking the appropriate contest entry link at wqmg.com/contests, and completing the online entry form. One entry per person during contest period. At approximately 8:00 a.m. ET on October 30, 2023, one (1) entrant(s) will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries, and upon verification, win one (1) flyaway trip package valued at approximately $3,250.00 and consisting of the following (the “Prize”): a flyaway for four (4) (the Winner, age twenty-one (21) or older and three (3) guests) that includes:

(i) Four (4) travel certificates from Silver Airways valid for domestic round-trip coach class airline tickets on Silver Airways to a Silver Airways destination (Nashville, Orlando, Pensacola, Fort Lauderdale) from Piedmont Triad International Airport for the Winner and three (3) guests. Each travel certificate is valid for one (1) roundtrip, non-stop flight on Silver Airways as stated above and require a 25-day advance purchase. Both references numbers must be used with the same itinerary; they cannot be used separately. This travel authorization is a negotiable instrument and will not be replaced if lost, stolen or expired. Travel must be booked and flown within one year from the date of issue. Stopover combinations and open tickets are not permitted. Outbound travel must commence on or before the expiration date. Silver Airways reserves the right to limit the number of seats available for travel. Class of service restrictions and blackout dates apply. No Frequent Flyer Miles will be awarded for this travel. This promotional authorization is non-transferable and has no redeemable cash value. This authorization may not be used in conjunction with any other reward, discount or offer. Customers will be required to provide positive identification. In the event of flight irregularity, alternate travel will be provided only on Silver Airways operated flights. The bearer of a flight coupon purchased with a Silver Airways travel authorization will be compensated for voluntary denied boarding. Customers who are involuntarily denied boarding will be compensated the same as customers who are voluntary denied boarding. This is valid on flights marketed and operated by Silver Airways. Not valid on partner flights (e.g. United, JetBlue). Each travel certificate is valued at approximately $200.00 and is courtesy of Silver Airways;

(ii) Two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (one (1) room, standard two-bed occupancy for up to four (4) guests) at the Margaritaville Hotel Nashville checking in on November 20, 2023 and checking out on November 22, 2023. Hotel accommodations are valued at approximatively $2,000.00 and are courtesy of Margaritaville Hotel Nashville;

(iii) Four (4) tickets to The Reunion Tour featuring Kirk Franklin, Tye Tribbett, The Clark Sisters, David & Tamela Mann and Israel Houghton concert event, November 21, 2023, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville, TN. Tickets are valued at approximatively $300.00 and are courtesy Live Nation;

(iv) one (1) $150.00 JWB Grill Nashville gift certificate valid for redemption at JWB Grill Nashville, 425 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203 before December 31, 2023. Prize is valued at $150.00 and is courtesy of JWB Grill Nashville;

The potential Winner will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours of being selected via email at the email address such Entrant provided when completing their registration of the free Audacy user account. Contest Administrator is only required to send one (1) email. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately at the time the Contract Administrator communicates such notification. Contest Administrator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to attempt to contact the Winner more than once via email and/or via telephone, in its sole and absolute discretion, and will not be required to attempt to contact Winner an equal number of times or in the same manner. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, or if Contest Administrator does not receive a response from the potential Winner within forty-eight (48) hours of notification from Contest Administrator, then the Prize will be forfeited. If the potential Winner does not complete and submit all documents required by the Contest Administrator within three (3) days of being notified of winning, then the prize will be forfeited. In the event that the Prize is forfeited, the Contest Administrator has the right, but not the obligation, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate Winner in a random drawing of all remaining eligible online entries received.

Any guest of the winner who is under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is over the age of eighteen (18).

Winner and any guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary. Once the reservations are made, no changes may be made by the Winner (including, without limitation, any changes in traveling companions). Winner and any guest(s) will be solely responsible for all ground transportation, for the purchase of any items of a purely personal nature, for the payment of any incidental expenses, and for the payment of any taxes, charges, and/or fees. WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A VALID CREDIT CARD TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL AND TO COVER INCIDENTAL EXPENSES. Winner will be solely responsible for all ground transportation and for the pre-payment of any applicable taxes or airport, baggage, or government fees or charges.

Unless otherwise specified, the following terms, conditions, and/or restrictions may apply generally to the Prize(s):

b.  Any prize involving the award of a gift card will be fulfilled by mail approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks from the date upon which the winner completes and submits all documents required by Contest Administrator.

You will receive one (1) entry per one (1) cumulative hour that you have listened to 97.1 QMG on the Audacy app or on the Audacy website. You will receive one (1) bonus entry for each additional one (1) cumulative hour listened to when you listen to 97.1 QMG on the Audacy app or on Audacy.com while being logged into your account.
