The 18th Annual Sun Wine & Food Fest is back at Mohegan Sun! Wine connoisseurs and foodies can sip and sample their way through an unlimited array of vintages and specialty foods, all while celebrating the return of popular events such as the Grand Tasting, Celebrity Chef Dine Around, and more. Get the weekend started Friday 6-9pm and warm your palate during the Whiskeys of the World Tasting in the Earth Ballroom. Guests can mix and mingle while getting a taste of the finest selection of whiskeys paired with bites from their geographic origin. Featuring products from Japan, Ireland, Scotland and down home here in Kentucky, there is a whiskey for you! Tickets on site are $125. Guests can get a sneak peek at the Grand Tasting at the Earth Expo Center Friday 8-10pm. Sample a variety of wine, beer, and spirits while pairing your favorites with delectable dishes from some of the region's top restaurants. Tickets are $80 at the door and $25 for Designated Drivers. Sun Wine & Food Fest’s main event The Grand Tasting is Saturday 1-5pm and will boast more than 1,000 different types of wine, beer, and spirits for guests to sample inside the 125,000 square-foot Earth Expo! Foodies can also purchase signature dishes and small bites from some of the region's top restaurants, and the main culinary stage hosts a full day of celebrity chef demos from the likes of Aarón Sánchez, Robert Irvine, Nyesha Arrington and more! Tickets on-site are $135 with a Designated Driver ticket available for $25. Also on Saturday from 4-6pm enjoy Vintage Cru in the Earth Ballroom, taste the "best-of-the-best" vintages and meet with the winemakers one-on-one. Wine can be purchased and shipped to your home. Tickets are $165 at the door. The Celebrity Chef Dine Around is 8-10:30pm Saturday. This signature walk-around event is in the Uncas Ballroom and watch the masters at work when over 20 celebrity chefs personally dish out a signature food item paired with a wine, beer or spirit. Dance into the night with music provided by DJ Irie. At the door ticket $275. Don’t miss the return of the Sunday Champagne Brunch to wrap up the Sun Wine & Food Fest Weekend!
