The Talcott Mountain Music Festival kicks off tonight at 7:30pm with the Australian Bee Gees joining your Hartford Symphony Orchestra under the stars at Simsbury Meadows! Table Seating or Lawn Passes are available.  Bring your own food/beverage or there will be options for purchase on site!  Gates open at 6pm.  www.HartfordSymphony.org

The Capitol Groove is bringing an incredible lineup to Bushnell Park in Hartford including Khruangbin, Bleachers, Cake, Thundercat, Sammy Rae & The Friends, Thee Sacred Souls & more! The festival will feature 14 bands over the course of 2 days on one stage, along with craft beverages and local food options. The festival is a family friendly event, with kids under 12 going free. There is ample room to spread out, with dedicated sections for standing room and blankets/chairs. The Yard Goats are back at Dunkin Park this weekend against the Toronto Blue Jays affiliate TONIGHT at 7pm for a Pajama Party, Saturday Celebrates the Negro Leagues at 6pm followed by Fireworks and Sunday begins at 1pm and includes a post game kids run the bases!

Hartford Athletic battle Detroit City FC at 7pm at Trinity Health Stadium in Hartford.  It’s Junior Fire Marshal Night and Dillon’s Birthday!  The gates open at 5pm with FREE ice cream and fire helmets for the kids!  www.hartfordathletic.com

LAST CHANCE TO Walk amidst living art in a new immersive show, Beyond Van Gogh and Beyond Monet: The Immersive Experience, at the Connecticut Convention Center now through Sunday! This newly enhanced experience combines the widely celebrated Beyond Van Gogh with Beyond Monet, offering audiences the unique opportunity to experience the masterpieces of both Vincent van Gogh and Claude Monet in one exhibit.
