The Angela Marotta Inho Foundation, based in Hartford, Connecticut, is a non-profit organization that strives to raise awareness surrounding lung cancer. Through their annual Ang's Warrior Walk and helpful resources such as facts/stats, signs/symptoms, risk factors, and screenings we can increase knowledge about the number one cancer killer while supplying funds for lung cancer research and treatments.
On June 7, 2026 the Angela Marotta Inho Foundation will hold its 4th Annual Ang's Warrior Walk for Lung Cancer Awareness at Bushnell Park in Hartford, CT. There will be an event kickoff starting at the Pump House with words from Angela's family and the foundation. This will be followed by a few laps around Bushnell Park and the event will end with some great raffle prizes you won't want to miss!
They are now accepting teams! Share with family, friends and coworkers, come up with a team name or assign a team leader and include that information when you register. More walkers, more fun… and a surprise for the largest team.
All proceeds will fund lung cancer research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to help with breakthroughs in targeted treatments, preventive care and more. Additionally, we will be using funds to lend support to lung cancer patients enduring treatment.
~Parking is available around Bushnell Park and in surrounding parking lots.
~In-person registration will be $30.00 and available the day of the event. You will be required to pay by cash, check or venmo.
~Children 10 and under do not need to pay a registration fee.
