Earlier this month, Governor Lamont announced approximately $17.9 million in state grants will be awarded to towns and cities across the state to help turn 40 old, unusable properties into brand new buildings.
The properties are located in13 towns and cities across Connecticut. These grants will help with the investigation and clean-up of approximately 78 acres of land.
