The 68th annual BMI Pop Awards were given out virtually on Monday (5/10/21) and Post Malone picked up the Songwriter of the Year Award; but he has to share it, with Khalid. Both singer/songwriters co-wrote four of BMI’s top-performed songs. In each case, three songs on which they were the lead (or co-lead) artist and one on which they were the featured artist.
Meahwhile, Halsey won the award for Song of the Year, for her tune Without Me that she co-wrote with Delacey.
