(Manchester, Conn./WTIC) - Police have made an arrest in a fatal shooting from earlier this year in Manchester.
Under arrest is 27-year-old Millard Jackson.
It was back on January 21 that police say they responded to a call of shots fired at 158 Eldridge Street.
That's where they found 45-year-old Joseph Swan of Manchester.
He was found with a gunshot wound to the head and rushed to Manchester Memorial Hospital where he later died.
Jackson was served an arrest warrant while he was in court answering unrelated charges.
He's charged with murder, criminal use of a firearm, and criminal possessoin of ammunition.
Police haven't said if the two men were acquainted with one another or what the motive for the shooting was.
jackson's bond was set a $1 million.
