HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford Police are investigating a shooting that critically injured a man Tuesday morning.
Police found a man in his 20's suffering from a gunshot wound around 1:15 a.m. while responding to shot detection alerts in the area of 1053 Capitol Avenue.
