      Lindsey Peterson

      Lindsey Peterson is WCCO Radio's Director of News and Operations. He studied Journalism and Broadcasting at Anoka-Ramsey and Brown College before starting his career in radio in 1997 in Des Moines. His time in radio has included time as a news anchor and reporter, a music DJ, sports-play-by-play, producer, program director, and operations manager. He has been with WCCO since 1999 and in programming management for the station since 2004. Lindsey was the first CBS Radio employee to win an Emmy Award in 2008. Lindsey has been a longtime volunteer for the Minneapolis Aquatennial. He grew up in Big Lake, Minnesota and currently lives in downtown Minneapolis with his wife Jennifer.
