Port Huron man arrested after authorities say they found drugs and 'narcotic sales materials' in home

Thousands of dollars and a shotgun were also seized

PORT HURON (WWJ) - An investigation into the “sales of multiple narcotics” in St. Clair County led to the arrest of one man, according to authorities.

The St. Clair County Drug Task Force, with the assistance of SCC Sheriff K9 Brock, executed a search warrant on Jan. 31 at a residence on Riverside Drive in Port Huron, the Sheriff's Office said in a written statement.

Authorities said they found “9.4 lbs of Psilocybin Mushrooms, 106.6 Grams of MDMA, 3.37 lbs of Mushroom Edibles, over $26,000 in US Currency, 12 Gauge Mossberg Shotgun, and various narcotic sales materials” within the residence.

40-year-old Port Huron resident Kevin Macmartin was arrested.

Macmartin was arraigned on Feb. 2 on charges of “possession with intent to deliver MDMA, possession with intent to deliver psilocybin mushrooms, felony firearm, and maintaining a drug house,” according to the written statement from the Sheriff’s Office.

Bond was set at $25,000.
