(WYCD) The “99.5 WYCD Hoedown” featuring Rascal Flatts and a handful of local acts, which was, scheduled for Friday, August 28 at DTE Energy Music Theatre, has been canceled.

Refunds are available at point of purchase. Due to Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s Stay Home Stay Safe Executive Order, the Little Caesars Arena XFINITY box office is closed. For guests who purchased tickets with cash at the box office, refunds will be available when Governor Whitmer lifts the order. Tickets purchased with a credit card at the box office will be automatically refunded.
This follows many, many announcements about local concerts being canceled or moved due to coronavirus. Most venues across the country are closed amid fears about virus spread in public spaces, and there's little information about when they could reopen.
Rascal Flatts said the decision to cancel was difficult.
