The multi-instrument phenom made history when she joined the Zac Brown Band full-time in 2022, making her the first female in the GRAMMY-winning group. But aside from sold out stadium across the country, her solo star continues to rise, especially in 2025 with two new songs and an album on the horizon.
"I feel like if if music is one of those things that's in you, it's just in you," she shared to the room full of fans. "Nobody could have told me, 'oh, don't do that,' you know what I'm saying?"
Now being a parent herself, Jones says she has found another gear and a whole new set of skills to go with her performing and songwriting. "I feel like it gives you super powers being a parent because then you get all of these gears that you didn't know you had and you can tap into them," Jones admits. "You get so much more empathy, at least I did becoming a mom, and that is like a songwriting superpower. So more empathy, more ability to understand and appreciate people's pain, joy, human experience, and also you get so much more perspective of your parents, and your family, and your lineage, and other people's mistakes that you previously judged. I feel like that's a lot of good songwriting fodder too."
