The happiest place on Earth is getting a little bit scarier.
Upon Disneyland's reopening on April 30th guests will notice some spooky upgrades inside & outside of the Haunted Mansion, reported the Disney Parks Blog.
Outside guests will notice some fresh landscaping highlighting dearly departed pets, while inside the resident ghosts took the time to make some adjustments in the hallways. The original "April To December" portrait has also returned.
Disney is also reportedly considering removing the hanging corpse from the stretching room scene. You can read more about the Haunted House improvements here.
"We are looking forward to the planned reopening of Disneyland Resort theme parks on April 30," Michael Ramirez, Public Relations Director for Disneyland Resort, wrote. "Both a theme park reservation and valid admission ticket for the same park on the same date are required for guests ages 3 and up. Guests must have a valid theme park admission ticket in order to make a reservation."
While, currently, only California residents are allowed to visit the parks, reservations will be available to the public starting April 15th.
