This is the 20th year that Heat-Up St. Louis has been helping the needy with utility assistance in the St. Louis region, impacting the lives of more than 660,000 needy people, and there is no better way to kick off the year than with the annual Hardee's "Rise & Shine® for Heat" fundraiser.
