When ED SHEERAN was a 16-year-old unknown, he tried out for a musical TV series called "Britannia High".
And video of the audition process shows you why he didn't make it: HE CAN'T DANCE.
The producers LOVE Ed's musical talent. One of them even calls him "the real thing."
But on the dance floor, he underwhelms. One woman watches his steps and says, quote, "Not even an option." Another says, quote, "Ed hasn't a clue what he's doing. But he's trying."
Ed's musical abilities got him through one round of auditions, but ultimately it wasn't enough to land a part on the show.
