You have seen the last of bounty hunter Cara Dune on "The Mandalorian".
According to People.com, GINA CARANO got let go because of several social media posts.
Lucasfilm says it has no plans to work with her in the future, adding that her posts, were quote, "abhorrent and unacceptable."
Apparently, the post that put things over the edge was a TikTok she shared, comparing the political climate in the U.S. to Nazi Germany. It said, quote, "Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors . . . even by children."
"Because history is edited, most people today don't realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?"
Gina has a history of questionable posts. Last November, she made fun of people listing their preferred pronouns on Twitter, by listing hers as "beep/bop/boop." She later apologized.
