According to a new survey from YahooNews.com, HALF of Americans say they never plan on going on a diet again. Instead, we've learned to make some healthier choices in our daily lives.
The top five healthier food choices people make are:
1. Drinking water instead of something with sugar.
2. Eating more salads.
3. Getting a side salad instead of fries.
4. Drinking smoothies.
5. Eating more fruit.
