According to Deadline.com, there's a live-action "G.I. Joe" series is in the works at Amazon . . . about one of the FEMALE characters.
It'll center on the undercover operative Lady Jaye . . . who first appeared in the 1984 animated "G.I. Joe" series. Then she was turned into an action figure and written into the comics.
ADRIANNE PALICKI played her in the 2013 movie "G.I. Joe: Retaliation". No word yet on casting for the TV series.
