Post Malone holds a new, artist record following the 2025 GRAMMY Awards on Sunday night — but it may not be one he necessarily hoped for at this point in his career.

Post was nominated for eight awards heading into Sunday’s show bringing his career total to 18 nominations. After walking away empty handed, he now holds the record for a performing artist with the most nominations and no wins.
He takes the title from Snoop Dogg, who previously held the record with 17 nominations and no wins. While there isn’t much to lessen the sting for Posty, there is one mastering engineer who holds the all-time record for nominations without a win and he’s way ahead of him. Engineer, Chris Gehringer, is the all time leader with 21 GRAMMY nominations and still has no gramophone to his name.
It’s onward and upwards for the Texas native, who dropped jaws with the release of his very first Country album in 2024, F-1 Trillion. He has big plans this spring to take the music on the road with his 2025 Big Ass Stadium Tour which includes a stop in Indio, CA for a headlining set at Coachella. Find tour tickets here.
