SYLVESTER STALLONE posted some handwritten notes for a "Rocky" TV show that he's developing for a streaming network. He says it will be a prequel, which will be set in the '60s.
In the caption, he said, quote, "Ideally, [it's] 10 episodes for a few seasons to really get to the heart of the characters in their younger years."
