A longtime manager at a McDonald's in Canada named Brian Bates just won an award for Outstanding Manager of the Year. And he did an interview where he claimed Grimace is actually supposed to be a giant TASTE BUD. He says McDonald's has never officially said so, but it's what he's always been told over the years.
