Gary Busey rear-ended a woman in Malibu last week, then fled the scene. So she chased him down. She eventually caught up to him at a restaurant parking lot, where she scolded him and tried to get his information. He told her he has "Progressive insurance," but refused to give her anything else because, "I'm private." Then he took off again. The woman got the whole thing on video, and filed a police report, so we'll see where this goes.
