A new survey on YouGov.com asked if people in their state are usually ruder or more polite than most Americans.
Overall, 26% say the people in their state are more polite . . . 19% say they're ruder . . . and 46% say they're about the same.
There are definitely some geographic differences at play here.
Only 16% of people in the Northeast say people in their state are more polite . . . compared to 32% of people in the South and 27% in the Midwest.
