Have you been feeling like a caged lion? Join Hampton Roads International Montessori School and RUN WILD during their Hear Me Roar Virtual 5K!
From Thursday, October 15th through Sunday, October 25th, they will be conducting a virtual 5K for our greater community! They will be looking for participants AND sponsors.
Please sign up, share their event on social media, invite family and friends to join you virtually, create a contest, any way you can think of to help spread the word and encourage others to sign up.

How does a virtual race work?
You run a 5k (or 3.1 miles) on your own at the time, day and location of your choosing between the 15th and 25th of October.
This could be on deserted streets at night, a little-known trail route or even on your treadmill. Everyone who registers gets the official race t-shirt. They’re even going to have virtual random prize drawings.
