If you’re a millennial, you probably grew up watching Avatar: the Last Airbender! Running around as Aang screaming “Appa YIP YIP” whenever I saw anything that looked remotely like a big flying bison (dogs, carpets, you get the picture) was insanely fun. My boyfriend was going to be Tenzin from The Legend of Korra, but he was on work trip so I photoshopped him in (check that out on my instagram @chelseafromthesea)! Oh also, never ask a small child if they know what avatar is, because they don’t, and you’ll feel ancient for asking.
