Cooking while under quarantine? I've been busy in the kitchen! This past weekend I whipped up my Mama's "famous" meatloaf. Seriously...it's delish! Light and not too heavy. Here's the recipe if you care to try it! Cook it for an hour and a half at 350! Be sure to saute the onions and celery prior to mixing. I used potato bread vs. white/wheat bread. 4oz of the tomato sauce goes into the meatloaf mix. Use the rest for the sauce for the top along with the brown sugar etc. Happy Cooking! xoxo.
