I've been working on a gratitude journal while quarantined...and here are some of the things I am grateful for! Perhaps this will help you in some way...

  • Sunshine, sunsets, sunrises
  • Fuzzy, warm blankets
  • The sound of water or rain 
  • Sparkling water
  • Health
  • My family
  • My friends near and far
  • Books & reading
  • Getting hand written notes/cards
  • Music
  • Hugs & kisses from my little dudes
  • Baking & cooking
  • Taking bike rides
  • Tone It Up app/Working out
  • Sunflowers & Peonies
  • Animals - they seriously bring me so much joy
  • Candles (especially pumpkin scented ones!)
  • Hot baths & lavendar bubble bath
  • Avocados and peanut butter 
  • Oversized sweatshirts
  • Therapy (highly recommend it!)
  • Travel (I miss going places)
  • Kid movies
