- The sound of water or rain
- Sparkling water
- Health
- My family
- My friends near and far
- Books & reading
- Getting hand written notes/cards
- Music
- Hugs & kisses from my little dudes
- Baking & cooking
- Taking bike rides
- Tone It Up app/Working out
- Sunflowers & Peonies
- Animals - they seriously bring me so much joy
- Candles (especially pumpkin scented ones!)
- Hot baths & lavendar bubble bath
- Avocados and peanut butter
- Oversized sweatshirts
- Therapy (highly recommend it!)
- Travel (I miss going places)
- Kid movies
