
Happy Cinco De Mayo! Here is one of my favorite guacamole recipes!
3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed - I like mine CHUNKY so I use a fork to mash the avocados.
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup diced onion (red onion)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pinch ground cayenne pepper (optional) Another option is to add a little bit of tobasco sauce to SPICE it UP!
