Who doesn't love a good summer recipe!? Try this one out!
BACON WRAPPED CHICKEN SKEWERS
This recipe takes very little time to prepare with just a few ingredients, including: boneless skinless chicken breasts, seasonings, and bacon.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and position a wire rack on top of the baking sheet. Spray wire rack with cooking spray and set aside.
Next, cut up the chicken breasts into about 1-1/2 inch pieces.
Drizzle chicken with a bit of olive oil.
Season chicken pieces with your favorite seasonings, or you can use my blend; I like to use salt, pepper, sweet paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried basil.
Take bacon slices and cut them in half.
Wrap each bacon half around a piece of chicken, then thread onto skewers. About 5 to 6 pieces per skewer. You want to pack them close together on the skewer so that the bacon slices stay intact
