THE BATTLE CONTINUES...

Last night's the VERZUZ battles featured two more legendary songwritters-producers...BABYFACE vs TEDDY RILEY!

Did you see it?!

The superproducers-writters played hits on top of hits! The two R&B legends returned to Instagram Live for a friendly battle of songs drawing more than 500,000 viewers, causing the stream to crash several times, and to be viewble by some only by computer. This comes after severe technical difficulties Saturday that caused them to postpone the battle.

So What Did They Play??

Babyface started out with Toni Braxton's "Love Shoulda Brought You Home" followed by Teddy playing SWV's "Right Here (Human Nature Remix)" in the first round . Round 2 Keith Sweat's "Make It Last Forever" (Riley) vs. Babyface's "Tender Lover" (Babyface). As the rounds grew so did the hits! Babyface brought out Toni Braxton's "You're Making Me High" and Teddy played the hit Blackstreet's "Before I Let You Go."

Babyface even blessed the audience with a live rendition of "When Can I See You."

So Who Won?

Well honestly how can you go up against the great babyface he wrote and produced the great soundtrack of Waiting to Exhale. Many will give it babyface too because of his excellent wifi connection which didn't dip out every now and again unlike Teddy Riley's (We still love you Teddy!) At the end of the day the real winners are us the viewers who had the chance again to witness history in these Instagram Live battles.

"There is no battle, you know who's winning? Us. The culture," singer Toni Braxton tweeted.

More Verzuz?

Well of course, these battles aren't stopping anytime soon and it looks like the next battle will be two more super producers and songwritters, which are Jermaine Dupri vs Dallas Austin! Set to battle this Friday April 24th at 9pm.
