
CAMDEN, N.J. (1010 WINS) — A New Jersey man has been charged in the fatal stabbing of a 16-year-old boy early Sunday, according to officials.
Just before 3 a.m.m police were called to Mt. Ephraim Avenue in Camden with a report of a person stabbed.
Responding officers found the teen victim with stab wounds. He was transported to Cooper University Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
An investigation led authorities to arrest 20-year-old Jonathan Flores-Chila for the fatal stabbing. He was charged with first-degree aggravated manslaughter and weapons offenses.
Cops did not specify the motive for the stabbing nor the suspect’s relation to the victim.
